We know that from time to time you may need to make a return and we want to keep the process simple.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted on full, unopened cartons only.

Store Credit: All approved returns and exchanges will be issued as store credit.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping cost where a flat rate of $15 per carton will be deducted from your store credit to cover this.

How to Return: We know that sometimes things don’t go to plan so we’ve made returns easy for you.

1. Contact us first so we can arrange your return and provide you with the correct return shipping labels.
2. Print and attach the labels securely to your cartons.
3. Leave item(s) at the front door. The courier will collect them from your address.
4. Once received we will issue your store credit (less shipping cost as above) so you can reorder when it suits you.
